Job Description:
The Customer Experience Administrator supports the Account Management team with daily client interaction, administrative coordination, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and high-quality service throughout the account lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Communicate with customers and drivers via phone and email to answer questions and resolve issues
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and coordinating across internal departments
- Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and data tracking in Excel and internal systems
- Help manage smaller client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with ongoing projects and process improvements as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer-facing or account support experience (non–call center)
- Associate degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with basic Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach
