Job Title: Behavior Technician (BT)

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home, in-school, and in clinic services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Virginia and are seeking passionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our BTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect, record, and report data on client progress

  • Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families

Compensation & Schedule
  • Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week

  • Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week

  • Services provided in person throughout Virginia

Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
