As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. We're seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team and help make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
As an RBT, you'll work as part of our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA Therapy services to children with Autism. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Providing direct behavioral therapy to patients using evidence-based techniques and strategies
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Supporting families through parent training and education to empower them to be an active part of their child's therapy

To Be Successful in This Role:
You should possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent (n/a)
• RBT certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with Autism (n/a)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient goals and objectives
