Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description:
The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day support for the Human Resources team by managing recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee communications, HR systems administration, and general HR operations. This individual will serve as a key resource for employees while helping ensure HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Manage electronic onboarding for new hires, including background checks, drug screens, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and complete HR transactions within ADP, including file feed updates and employee data changes.
- Prepare employment verification requests and other HR-related documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and escalate more complex matters to the HR leadership team when appropriate.
- Assist with company communications, including employee announcements, wellness initiatives, and open enrollment reminders.
- Coordinate local employee events and help ensure successful execution.
- Support benefits administration by working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Previous experience with recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations.
- ADP experience is required.
- Experience using Workday is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
