**About the Role:**

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavioral interventions under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tracking progress and reporting outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Implement behavioral interventions as directed by BCBAs
* Collect and record data on client behavior
* Assist with behavioral assessments and skill-building activities
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
* Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on best practices and company policies

**Requirements:**

* Must be at least 18 years old
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
* Must pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
* Reliable transportation to and from client visits
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (optional)
