DreamBuilders ABA provides compassionate, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. We are committed to individualized care, collaboration, and helping every child reach their fullest potential.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services to a client in Virginia Beach, VA.
This is a consistent part-time position with a structured weekly schedule.
ScheduleMonday & Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Wednesday – Friday: 9:15 AM – 11:45 AM
Consistent weekly hours.
ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA therapy services
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
Collect and record accurate session data
Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors
Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Participate in supervision as required
Active RBT certification (required)
Experience working with children with autism preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and documentation skills
Professional and dependable
