Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Summary:
Upwards ABA is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Central Denver. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting, and work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting
Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
Collect accurate session data during sessions
Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills
Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and the clinical team
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Requirements:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Reliable transportation required
Ability to travel consistently to the Central Denver area
Experience working with children preferred
ABA experience preferred
Ability to pass required background checks
Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism
