About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS):
Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency founded in 2015 by experienced BCBAs and LCSWs. We specialize in providing 1:1 support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, independence, and daily living skills.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home services in Hempstead, NY. In this role, you will work one-on-one with a child under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans.

Available Cases:
Case 1:
• Monday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Case 2:
• Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:
• Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
