Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Lead and supervise a collaborative team of 3 clinicians and 3 support staff
- Comprehensive program offering Level 1 Substance Use Disorder treatment, individual mental health services, behavioral health screenings, peer support, case management, and community-based skills building
- Maintain your own clinical caseload with one dedicated day each week reserved for supervisory responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation, chart review, mentoring, and professional development for behavioral health staff
- Monday-Friday schedule with two required additional leadership hours weekly outside regular business hours
- No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
- Mission-driven behavioral health team focused on serving individuals with substance use disorders and mental health needs
- Up to $112,000 base salary for clinically endorsed providers
- $8,000 annual clinical supervisor stipend
- $20,000 retention bonus paid over three years ($6K Year 1, $6K Year 2, $8K Year 3)
