HireCare Services is currently hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in Fairfax, VA and nearby communities.
This opportunity offers flexible part-time and full-time scheduling, structured clinical support, and meaningful hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct ABA therapy services in home-based settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a key role in helping children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills through structured intervention and positive reinforcement.
Key Responsibilities:Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as directed by your BCBA
Provide 1:1 therapy in home and community environments
Collect and accurately record behavioral data during sessions
Communicate client progress and observations with clinical team members
Complete timely session documentation
Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families
Follow ethical and professional ABA standards
Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent required
Flexible part-time and full-time positions available
Afternoon and after-school availability (Monday–Friday)
Occasional weekend availability based on client needs
15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and caseload
$23–$29 per hour
