Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in resident assessment, care planning, and day-to-day clinical decision-making. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will collaborate closely with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Compensation: $35.50 - $42 per hour | Daily Pay Available!

  • $5000 RN Sign-On Bonus (paid over one year in quarterly increments)

Schedule and Employment Type

  • Full-Time Days (6AM - 2PM)

  • Part-Time Evenings (2PM - 10PM)

  • Full-Time Nights (10PM - 6AM)

  • Weekend packages available for all shifts

  • PRN | All shifts | Required to work at least 2 shifts per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

  • Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately

  • Communicate effectively with providers, residents, and families

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations

  • Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety

Qualifications

  • Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

  • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
