Position Highlights

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the child's home, guided by a BCBA's individualized treatment plan

• Collect accurate session data and track client progress

• Communicate consistently with families and caregivers

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What You Need

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Reliable transportation to Hanover, MD

• Experience working with children, ASD a plus

• Afternoon/after-school availability preferred

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred (not required for certified RBTs)

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
