Pay: $38 - $40 + Shift Differentials

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing assistance with daily living activities

• Assess the physical and emotional needs of our residents and develop and implement personalized care plans to meet those needs

• Monitor our residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care that addresses their unique needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our residents' care, including progress notes, medication lists, and discharge plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
