Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Tucson

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking caring, collaborative, and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. As an RBT, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children ages 2 to 18, implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA, and support children and their families in developing skills that promote independence and positive behavior change.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA

• Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and independence skills

• Collect and accurately document data during therapy sessions

• Follow individualized treatment plans and BCBA recommendations

• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families to support client progress

• Help children and their families build skills that promote independence and positive behavior change

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification preferred, or BT experience providing ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA

• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes

• Willingness and ability to pass a background check
