Able Minds ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in the Frostburg, MD area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

• Collect and document accurate session data

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers

• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred (Behavior Technicians are encouraged to apply)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
