Magnolia Behavior Therapy is HiringBehavior Technicians

ABA Behavior Technician — No Certification Required, We'll Pay to Get You Certified!

Part-Time (With Room to Grow Into Full-Time) | Clinic-Based ABA Sessions

$19–25/hour | M–F Mornings, Midday, and/or Early Evenings.

No weekends or holidays!

Build real clinical skills while making a real difference — one child at a time.

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is growing and we're looking to add new Behavior Technicians to our clinic treatment team. No CBT or RBT certification? No problem — we'll cover the cost of your Certified Behavior Technician training!

Whether you're brand new to ABA or already hold a CBT or RBT credential, you'll get the structure, supervision, and support to grow your skills, your confidence, and your career.

What You'll Do

Work one-on-one with children in our clinic, running individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. You'll lead skill-building activities, provide behavior support, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers — all within a structured clinic environment built to support your success.

You'll need strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with kids and parents alike, all while keeping clear clinical boundaries. A BCBA is on-site and with you every step of the way — providing feedback, guidance, and support so your sessions stay effective and on track.

Why Technicians Choose a Clinic Role at Magnolia

  • We pay for your CBT certification — no experience or credential required to start

  • Consistent, predictable schedules — no home visits or risks of cancelled sessions

  • No driving between sessions which means no travel costs eating into your paycheck

  • On-site BCBA support and a built-in team environment — ideal for technicians who are new to ABA and want more structure while they learn

  • A defined career path within ABA, dependent on your desire for career growth.

  • Part-time to start, with opportunities to grow into full-time hours as you build experience

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with children (professional or personal)

  • Comfort working under BCBA supervision and following treatment plans

  • A genuine willingness to learn — no certification or prior ABA experience required

  • Attendance and timeliness are essential

  • Professional written and verbal communication

Benefits

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Paid sick time

  • Paid time off

  • Paid training (including CBT certification)

Ready to build a career in ABA? Apply today and join a team that takes this work — and the people doing it — seriously.
