About the Role:

As an Activities Coordinator at Arbor Terrace Highland Park, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and social activities to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Your creativity, flexibility, and ability to build strong relationships will ensure that every resident feels engaged, fulfilled, and valued.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement activity programs that cater to various interests, abilities, and preferences

• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure activities align with resident goals and care plans

• Lead and facilitate group activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings

• Coordinate with outside vendors and entertainment providers to bring new experiences to our community

• Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation

• Assist with daily living activities and provide support with daily routines as needed
