Breakaway Junk Removal & Demo is looking to bring on dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team right away.

Job Overview

This is a hands-on role involving driving, lifting, and teamwork. You’ll be helping customers remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while delivering great service and working efficiently with the crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to and from job sites
• Remove, load, and transport items from residential and commercial locations
• Sort materials for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Provide excellent customer service on every job
• Work efficiently as part of a hardworking, team-oriented crew

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Available for at least 3 shifts per week
• Experience with power tools (Sawzall, etc.) is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Start time: 6:00-8:00 AM in Lower Merion, PA
• Shifts typically range from 10–12+ hours depending on workload
• Weekend availability is a plus

Compensation & Perks

• $16/hour base pay plus commission (avg. pay $20-25+/hr)
• Tips paid weekly
