Local CDL-A Flatbed Driver - Home Daily

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated flatbed account based in Hillsboro, IL. This position offers daily home time, consistent freight, and the opportunity to work with a well-established customer. Drivers will operate throughout Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, and Missouri while hauling preloaded flatbed freight.

Drivers are responsible for securing and strapping each load before transport and ensuring safe, accurate deliveries to customers. This is a multi-stop delivery position that requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. Previous flatbed experience is preferred but not required, and current flatbed certification is a plus.

Average pay $80,000 per year

Bonus Opportunities

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Driver must remain assigned to the account for 180 days to receive the full bonus

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Flatbed experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely secure loads using straps and load securement equipment
• Must be willing to operate in all weather conditions
• Safe driving record
• Must meet all DOT requirements
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Safety Requirements

Drivers must wear the following PPE during pickups and deliveries:

• Over-the-ankle steel-toe boots
• Hard hat
• Reflective safety vest
• Safety gloves
• Safety glasses

Company-provided uniform shirts are required and supplied after hire. Approved safety footwear will also be ordered for drivers.
