Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth initiatives that expand cardiovascular and interventional procedural services across a high-volume, multi-suite department.
• Build and sustain a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and servant leadership.
• Challenge existing workflows and implement innovative process improvements that enhance patient care, efficiency, quality, and financial stewardship.
• Foster strong physician relationships while supporting service line expansion and procedural growth.
• Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence across all aspects of care, including STEMI, PCI, diagnostic coronary angiography, structural heart procedures, electrophysiology, acute stroke/thrombectomy, peripheral vascular interventions, and more.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Illinois licensure required (consideration may be given to candidates in the process of obtaining IL licensure).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor-level or above leadership experience.
• Cath Lab and/or Neuro IR clinical experience required.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staffing around the clock and lead through change in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Leadership experience specifically within Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Interventional Radiology, or a comparable procedural services setting.
• Demonstrated success leading operational improvements, quality initiatives, and departmental performance metrics.
• Experience managing budgets, productivity, and staffing in a procedural or cardiovascular environment.
• Master's degree preferred; knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements a plus.
