Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're in the Dr. Phillips area and have an 8-month-old baby. We're looking for approximately 30-40 hours per week, with the goal of being closer to 40 most weeks. The exact hours may vary slightly from week to week based on appointments or our schedule. The likely workdays would be Monday through Thursday, with Fridays typically off. The position could start as early as August 10. We're looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and enjoys interacting with our baby through play, reading, walks, and age-appropriate activities while following his established routine. I (dad) work from home, and we also have a very friendly and excitable toy Goldendoodle.
