Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have an 18-month-old Great Dane, I'm sure she has separation anxiety and confidence issues. She's super skiddish and a scaredy cat. She might be near sighted. She walks on a leash, sits, goes to kennel, leaves it, rings a doorbell to go outside, etc. but she chews the doorframe and window frames outside. Please assist.
