We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active New York State PT license is required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Open to new graduate Physical Therapists. Six-month mentorship program for new grads will be provided.
- Experience or comfort delivering 1:1 patient care in an outpatient setting. Caseload goal approximately 14 patients per day; current average ~13 per day.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records. Experience with Prompt EMR is preferred.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday with flexible hours. Weekend availability preferred but not required; approximately one Saturday per month (about 4 hours) on rotation.
- Willingness to support multi-location coverage and occasional floating between clinics.
- Applicants for Director roles must have prior leadership or director experience.

Job Details and Clinic Features:
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic located in Katonah, NY.
- Shift: Days. Guaranteed 36–40 hours per week.
- Treatment model: 1:1 patient care. No double booking. Two patients per hour model.
- Patient population: Primarily adults in their 40s–70s. Youth athletes seen after school hours.
- Common conditions treated: Back, neck, shoulders, knees, hips, elbows.
- Documentation technology: AI-assisted documentation tool to streamline note-taking and improve efficiency.
- Team structure: Collaborative, team-based environment. PTAs manage their own caseloads. Techs support modalities and exercise assistance.
- Staffing: Growing multi-location practice with multiple roles available. Flexible floating based on coverage needs.
Compensation Notes:
- Compensation is commensurate with role and experience. Bonus incentives and student loan assistance are available.
- PT, PTA, and Director roles have tiered salary ranges based on experience.
