Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | New Castle, Delaware

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in Autism and Early Years Programs as a school-based behavior professional! If you're passionate about providing behavioral support in an educational environment, this contract opportunity offers the chance to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from August 2026 to June 2027. With a focus on moderate to severe cognitive needs, you'll help foster positive outcomes for students in an engaging, collaborative setting.

Key Qualifications:

• For BCBA candidates: Active BCBA certification is required; school-based experience is highly valued.
• For Behavior Specialist candidates: Delaware PARA Permit required; relevant degree and ABA program experience preferred. RBT or in pursuit of BCBA certification a plus.
• Strong understanding of behavior strategies and dedication to data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary school teams.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental delays is ideal.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop tailored support plans.
• Collaborate with educators and specialists to implement effective intervention strategies.
• Monitor student progress through data collection and adjust behavioral interventions as needed.
• Lead professional development sessions and provide training for school staff.
• Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to school and program guidelines.
• Serve as a resource within early childhood and autism program classrooms.
