Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join a Long-term Contract assignment supporting an aerospace asset management team in Chula Vista, California. In this onsite role, you will help airline and maintenance customers secure timely support for leased and exchange components while ensuring accurate coordination across internal teams. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist airline customers and maintenance providers with service requests involving aerospace components, including urgent aircraft-on-ground needs.
• Work closely with technical support, distribution, licensing, finance, pricing, and other internal teams to move customer transactions forward efficiently.
• Enter, maintain, and verify customer and program data in business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
• Monitor open requests and follow through on next steps to help ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate communication to customers regarding order status, component availability, and service updates.
• Support asset management activities tied to rotable component programs while maintaining strong attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Help resolve service issues by using established procedures, internal tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare and update reports, records, and documentation needed to support daily operational and customer service activities.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related service-focused role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to organize work, prioritize competing tasks, and operate effectively with limited supervision.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer concerns and navigate internal systems and processes to identify solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
• Ability to build Power BI reports is a plus.
