What You'll DoAs an Assembler, you'll rotate through multiple workstations to build high-quality medical device components and subassemblies.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble medical device components using detailed work instructions
- Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches
- Perform mechanical assembly of hardware and components
- Operate specialized equipment for functional testing
- Read and follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and build plans
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Use computers to access work instructions and record production data
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety, ESD, and manufacturing procedures
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, medical device, electronics, or mechanical assembly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn, cross-train, and rotate between workstations
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Cable assembly, wiring, crimping, or soldering experience
- Experience working from build plans, travelers, or production documentation
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
