Director of Therapy Operations

Pay: $142,000-$165,000/year (based on experience)

Director of Therapy Operations Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
  
• Director of Therapy Operations develops, revises, and implements department policies and procedures, holding staff and themselves accountable
  
• Forecasts revenues, evaluates market conditions, and advises the CEO of needs required for effective program operation and implementation
  
• Partners with marketing team to educate staff and the community on care and prevention
  
• Provides direct care to patients and celebrates the success of both staff and patients
  

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited therapy program; Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred
  
• Current Virginia state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
  
• Minimum five years of rehabilitation experience
  
• Minimum two years of management/leadership experience
