We are searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commissioning Agent to join our team. As a Commissioning Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects are commissioned to meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and efficiency. Responsibilities
Project Commissioning
- Lead and manage the commissioning process for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans.
Systems Testing and Verification
- Conduct thorough testing and verification of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to validate their functionality and performance.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues during the commissioning process.
Documentation
- Generate detailed commissioning documentation, including test procedures, reports, and system manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of all commissioning activities and findings.
Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure a smooth and efficient commissioning process.
- Communicate effectively with various teams to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.
Training and Handover
- Provide training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of commissioned systems.
- Facilitate a seamless handover of projects from commissioning to operational phases.
Troubleshooting
- Analyze and troubleshoot system-related issues, collaborating with relevant parties to implement effective solutions.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure ongoing system performance.
Quality Assurance
- Implement and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the commissioning process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of commissioning procedures.

- Proven experience as a Commissioning Agent or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes.

- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
