Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for someone who is: warm, caring, and VERY experienced with infants (references required), a great communicator, comfortable providing loving, attentive care while supporting our baby's development, looking to be a part of our family long term and be treated as such, and comfortable around a 3-year-old Labrador! Flexible on days but must commit to 3-5 days weekly. Baby boy due early October 2026 and mom works from home starting in Jan (removed from you but in reach if need). Happy to have someone start in December to get comfortable before mom returns to working in Jan. Most interested in the best fit for the job!!
