Total of 1, 175 sf. 3 small bedrooms with carpet. 2 bedrooms need shampoo cleaning. 2 small bathrooms need standard cleaning. Both have luxury vinyl tile flooring. The hallway, living room/dining room, & kitchen have luxury vinyl tile flooring that need to be cleaned and mopped. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, and stainless sink. Fridge has a below chest freezer. Only need to clean the fridge, not the freezer. Need to move the couch & chair and vacuum under for dog hair from visiting pet.
