Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Preparing for major surgery 8/24/26 and trying to get my house cleaned thoroughly beforehand. We have a dachshund who is a barker but does not bite. We can move her from room to room if necessary. Want my showers and tubs cleaned thoroughly, and bathroom mirrors. I love a spotless home but due to life I havent been able to do it properly. We are retired, just the two of us and a dachshund.
