Reach Truck Operator

We have teamed with top distribution centers in Avon, Greenwood and Plainfield to hire skilled Equipment Operators.  As an Equipment Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. These are contract to direct career opportunities.

Location: Greenwood, Avon and Plainfield, 

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift 

What's the Job?

• Operate various equipment safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment
• Assist in loading and unloading materials to ensure timely order processing
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating reach trucks or similar equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work all shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
