OTR/Regional Open Deck Driver Overview

• Pay that rewards the work. Earn up to $104,000 per year, with top earners reaching $120,000 and weekly pay averaging $2,000-$2,300.*
• Miles that pay. Earn 52CPM including bonuses, plus stop pay.*
• Paid for the extra work. Earn 20CPM on loaded miles for tarp and securement.*
• Freight that's ready to roll. Most loads come pre-loaded and secured, so more of your day goes to driving. Haul flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers.
• Consistent lanes. Run primarily through Midwestern and Southern states.
• Home time by location. Get home weekly to monthly, depending on location.
• Modern trucks built for comfort. Drive 2024 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs and upgraded trim packages.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• OTR Open Deck - Specialized: Must be able to obtain TWIC card
