Manufacturing Team Lead – Euless, TX

Pay: $28+/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

The Gund Company is seeking an experienced Team Lead to support production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a technical resource for operators, assists with training and development, ensures quality standards are met, and helps drive safety, efficiency, and productivity.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing leadership or Team Lead experience
• Experience operating CNC and/or non-CNC manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate math skills
• Ability to train and mentor team members
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Technical degree and/or 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience with mills, saws, lathes, routers, presses, or similar equipment
