Resident Services - Concierge - Now Hiring

Resident Services- Concierge, is a very important role at Nantucket Apartments !  You will handle a wide variety of resident related issues, which include resolving complaints, move in and move out procedures and requests for maintenance.  As Resident Services-Concierge, you are the first point of contact for all incoming calls and residents entering the property. 

Daily tasks include

• Responding to resident maintenance requests by completing work orders. Inputing work orders into Yardi after their completion and follows up with residents to ensure work was completed satisfactorily. 
• Resolving resident complaints and enforces disciplinary action up to eviction. Responsible for preparing resident violations such as noise, trash, vehicle condition. Works with residents to make sure they resolve violation issues and comply with Company policy.
• Assisting the Leasing staff as needed. Opportunity for lease commissions!
• Audit all move in files to ensure the proper Leasing paperwork has been completed. Input move in information into Yardi. Once audit is complete a Notice to Accounting is completed and sent to Accounting in order to communicate market rent and move in information for new resident. 
• Prepares renewal leases and enters E-Premium policy information
• Handles resident questions regarding utility bills, which includes Spectrum (water) and heat. Work with residents to help them resolve outstanding issues with their accounts.
• Maintains a neat, professional appearance and projects a professional demeanor. 
• Follows Company procedure fully for on call emergencies. 
• Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor and other managements as required. 
• Contribute with planning events & outside marketing.
• Movies-sign in & out. Keep organized

High school graduate or GED 

1-2 years related customer service experience.

Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook - proficiency, Yardi

May be required to have own transportation. Valid driver's license required. 

Compensation details: 21-24 Hourly Wage
