Bartender - Reforma

Job Summary:

At Reforma you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment providing an up-beat experience for our guests which distinguishes our bar as being the unquestionable first choice. Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area are key. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customer's identification and confirm they are of the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
