A well respected Charleston litigation law firm is seeking a workers' compensation paralegal to join their busy practice.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Well versed in all aspects of Worker's Compensation and litigation.
• Family law experience is a HUGE plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word
• Previous experience with case management software
• Professional demeanor and appearance required
• Daily contact with clients
• Handle case load of 60+ cases
• Draft legal correspondence
• Collect medical records & bills
• Set up IME's
• Draft Briefs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent computer skills
• 3+ years of SC workers' compensation case management experience
• Able to handle disruptions in your day and re-focus
• Able to meet deadlines
• Work closely as a team with peer paralegals
• Case management software required
