What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
• Follow up on estimates using phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Document all customer communication in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Order parts and monitor job progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service from the first call through job completion.
• Billing

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
