Join a growing, mission-driven clinical team bringing specialized wound care directly to patients across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, memory care, independent living, inpatient rehab, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. This is hands-on, high-impact medicine where your clinical judgment directly improves healing outcomes, prevents complications, and restores quality of life for patients who need it most.


What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, treat, and manage acute and chronic wounds per current standards of care
  • Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans
  • Educate facility staff on wound management best practices
  • Address primary care concerns and determine appropriate medical urgency
  • Order and interpret diagnostic labs and imaging as needed
  • Consult with specialty providers when appropriate
  • Prescribe medications within your scope of practice
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and billing
  • Apply strong clinical judgment across routine and complex cases, and across multiple facility types and patient populations

What You Bring

  • Active Wisconsin APRN or Physician Assistant license
  • Wound Care Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire * We will pay for your certification*)
  • Active BLS certification
  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong clinical assessment and wound management skills
  • Comfort working independently across multiple sites
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • A commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
