Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to outpatient populations in a hospital-based setting
- Administer medications and injections as ordered; monitor patient responses
- Perform patient assessment, triage for changes in condition, and prioritize care
- Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the patient’s chart per policy
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up instructions

Requirements
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to practice under applicable state requirements)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous nursing experience in outpatient or acute care settings preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel for a 40-hour workweek and adapt to a 5x8 schedule
