Family / Criminal Law Paralegal

A Greenville area law firm seeks an experienced family law paralegal to join their growing practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must will be self-motivated and able to work independently,
• Must have excellent time management skills, organized, and the ability to multi-task,
• Must be proficient knowledge of computers,
• 5+ years of SC family law litigation experience,
• Criminal Law experience will be given preference,
• Communicate well with others,

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft legal correspondence,
• Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing,
• Maintain case files,
• Assist in billing,
• Assist with discovery,
• Monitor county dockets,
• Accurate calendaring,
• Other support duties assigned by attorney.
