Personal Injury Paralegal

An established Plaintiff's law firm is seeking a trial Paralegal for their Spartanburg, SC office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•3+ years of personal injury case management.

•Trial experience...drafting S&C, RFP, all discovery process, Service, etc...

•Manage a caseload and cases from client interview to trial verdict.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Proficient with Microsoft Office products

•Proficient with legal case management software

•Excellent organizational and time management skills

•Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and also on a trial team

•Professional, motivated, organized

•Organization, ability to stay on task and good work ethic are critical to success in this position
