About the Role

Our Front of House Team Members are the face of the club — checking members in, answering questions, running programs, and keeping the energy high. Perfect for friendly, dependable people who love community and great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle the check-in process at the front desk and answer incoming calls.
• Explain all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr.
• Run all core programs at the club.
• Use club software (PlayByPoint, Aircall, HubSpot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.).
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with club cleaning and maintenance.
• Complete assigned trainings on time.

Qualifications

• Able to clearly explain memberships and programming and communicate well with the team.
• Can organize, create, and run program calendars and schedules.
• Handles multiple tasks and stays composed during busy shifts.
• Proficient with basic computer and club software; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Preferred: 1–2 years sales/customer-service experience and pickleball knowledge.
• Full availability on at least two of the three weekend days (Fri–Sun).

Required Certifications

First Aid, AED, and CPR certification.
