Heads or Tails Bartender

About the Role:
The Bartender crafts quality cocktails, delivers attentive guest service, and maintains a smooth bar environment. This role is central to creating warm, lively guest experiences in a high-volume bar setting.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with speed and consistency

• Provide personalized guest service with a welcoming and engaging approach

• Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and setup of the bar before and after shifts

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Follow responsible alcohol service laws and safety standards

• Support collaboration with barbacks and servers for smooth operations

• Assist with cocktail batching, inventory, and/or prep as needed

• Bartending technique and product knowledge

• Customer service and bar etiquette

• Efficiency and cleanliness under pressure

• Accuracy and responsible alcohol service

• Communication and poise

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ and previous bartending experience preferred but not required

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and move quickly behind the bar

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions with hands and arms such as shaking, pouring, and garnishing drinks

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest interaction and team collaboration, and follow verbal and written instructions

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements Upon Hire: If not already certified, training and certification will be provided by company.

• Valid California Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of hire.
