Physically fit with the stamina to run, lift, and jump off the truck safely for 8–12 hours daily.
Heat-tough – able to work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 100°ree;F, rain or shine.
Quick learner who takes constructive feedback and improves technique when coached by your driver or team lead.
Mentally sharp and safety-focused – we work fast, but never care-less.
No distractions on the job – cell phones are prohibited during working hours.
Team-first attitude – listens to the driver, supports your crew, and keeps the route moving.

What Success Looks Like:

• 40+ stops per hour while maintaining quality and safety.

• Bins placed upright, on the side of the driveway, with lids closed.

• You bring good energy and effort to the team.

• Shows up daily and on time with:

• Proper footwear (steel or composite toe shoes/boots)

• Lunch and snacks to stay fueled

• High-visibility worn at all times

• Safety eyewear worn at all times

• Uses proper lifting and body mechanics to prevent injury.

• Greets customers and children politely and respectfully when interacting on route.

• Maintains clear communication with your team lead and driver.

• On time, ready to work, with a NO EXCUSES ATTITUDE.

Job Requirements:

• Florida Driver’s License (Class E minimum) with clear driving record.

• Pass background check and drug screening.

• No marijuana medical card or drug use – we operate DOT-regulated equipment.

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, jump on/off the truck, and keep pace through 400–600 stops per day. - Roughly 9-12 tons total per day

• Willing to grow – CDL upgrade available after proven success (company paid).

What You'll Do:

• Ride the rear step and jump on/off safely at each stop.

• Lift and load residential waste quickly and correctly.

• Assist with pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections.

• Follow all safety protocols for backing maneuvers, stop approach, and personal protective gear.

• Represent Flash Trash’s mission: Work hard, think fast, and deliver excellence for our community.

Pay & Benefits:

$17–$19/hour starting pay, depending on experience and performance. Performance bonus' and overtime can be available.
Schedule: Varying Days Mon-Fri from 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
PTO & Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 90 days.
401K after 180 days.
CDL upgrade paid by the company if you meet the criteria.
