What You’ll Do:
- Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls.
- Safely tow and transport disabled or damaged vehicles.
- Communicate ETAs and job updates to customers.
- Provide professional and calm customer service during roadside situations.
- Perform basic inspections and upkeep of your tow truck.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and road-ready vehicle.
- Act as a key on-the-road representative of the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible (early is on time).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail.
- Safety-focused approach to driving and operations.
- Experience in towing or automotive work is helpful but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
