The Role:
This is a center-based Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role serving children with an age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness.

You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on:
  • Center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Natural environment and play-based learning
  • In-person BCBA support and supervision

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing center-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implementing treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting
  • Teaching life skills and supporting children’s development
  • Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development
  • Ensuring compliance with BACB and company standards

Qualifications:
Required
  • Fluent in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Genuine interest in working actively and playfully with young children  
  • Reliable transportation to and from the center
Preferred but Not Required
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience with developmental disabilities
  • College coursework or a degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, special education, social work, or a related field

Physical Requirements:
  • Sit, stand, and kneel on the floor throughout the day
  • Lift up to 45 pounds at a time
  • Able to safely respond to physically demanding behaviors per protocol
  • Ability to be attentive and focused in a busy environment
