Multi-Unit General Manager –QSR - Mt. Laurel, NJ
Salary: Up to $90,000
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee the performance of multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations in the Mt. Laurel, NJ market. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving operational consistency, developing high-performing management teams, and delivering strong financial results while maintaining exceptional guest experiences across all restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams to drive accountability and performance.
- Analyze financial performance, including P&L, labor, and food costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Establish and enforce operational systems, processes, and best practices to support efficiency and scalability.
- Drive revenue growth through local marketing initiatives, operational improvements, and guest experience enhancements.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, coach teams, and ensure execution of company standards.
- Oversee staffing strategies, including recruiting, training, and retention across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic planning, expansion, and new store openings.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of restaurant management experience, including multi-unit leadership.
- Current or Previous Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is required.
- Proven track record of managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial performance.
- Strong leadership and team development skills in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulations.
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as needed.

Compensation
