JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience with SC Personal Injury
• Workers' Compensation case management experience is a huge plus (Claimant or Defense)
• Litigation/Trial experience
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with case management software
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Type 50+wpm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent computer skills
• Daily contact with clients
• Handle case load of 50+ plaintiff's cases
• Type legal correspondence
• Collect medical records & bills
• Set up claims
• Draft Briefs, demands, all case related documents
• Case management software
