Sales Representative – Base Salary + Unlimited Commission

Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed? TSC Associates is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an in-office position where you'll develop long-term customer relationships, identify opportunities to help businesses, and earn uncapped commissions based on your success.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and other communication methods.
• Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Recommend training and compliance solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support before and after the sale.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
